Synopsis
Aruanas tells the adventures of the environmental NGO, Aruana, founded by three great friends, Natalie, Luiza and Verônica. Together, they fight for a better world, while surviving their own personal dramas and overcoming the obstacles of this triangular friendship pillar.
In the second season, instigated by a protest suicide, Aruana’s team will confront the shady activities of the oil cartel in the industrial hub of the city of Arapós, considered an example of sustainability. The investigation reveals that the city, in fact, hides a strong scheme to disguise a highly contaminated population. But Arapós is just the tip of the iceberg of what activists perceive to be the reality of every large city.
