IMPACT MOVEMENT
The Satisfied Movement was conceived by Alana Institute in partnership with the restaurant group Egeu (made up of Kaá, Italy and Girarrosto restaurants and the General Prime Burger chain), with the proposal of converting the food that is usually left in plates into monetary funds for the organizations working to fight hunger. When ordering a dish in one of the restaurants registered in the project, the “Satisfied” option was available, making it possible to avoid food waste and still contribute to the cause.
